Our chef Arjun, has over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. Chef Arjun's journey startedback in 2010 when he came to Canada as a student, he missed his mother's food and theflavours. He learnt how to cook Indian food over the call from his mother. He found that he has atalent to cook so he decided to go back to India and get culinary expertise in Indian cuisine. Aftercompleting his course, he decided to come back to Canada and explore his talent in variousrestaurants. He and his wife decided to move to Kingston to start a family life, he found to open a newrestaurant in downtown Kingston was tough as all landlords wanted name franchisees in theirbuildings . This did not crush his dream, he decided to open a curry truck which will serveauthentic Indian cuisine with reasonable prices and build his brand name."
